I hope you've had a relaxing weekend and that you're looking forward to the week to come!
The WNC real estate market is still VERY robust! We're seeing offers come in on our properties often before the buyer sees it! They just send it in Advance then book the showing!
No doubt it's a great time to sell, if you're on the buying side there ARE values however they are few, far between, and they go F A S T. Call us if you're not seeing what you're looking for and we'll see if we know of a match!
Anyway...
I absolutely LOVE getting up at 5:45 am after the weekend...You think I'm kidding but the thing is I make sure to expect something good to happen to start off the week. Before I go to bed I reflect on the grace in my life and trust that my all of my efforts to improve my life and the lives of others will bear fruit.
Not a chance! It's still a daily practice to choose my perspective. And it's been a real challenge since I lost my sweet best pal two weekends ago.
I had to say good bye to my pup Blackjack, he was my faithful companion and my real estate therapy dog for 15 years.
So in his memory and honor, if you'd like to make something good happen to you next week, why not rescue a dog?
As always, we'd love to hear from you when you're ready to sell a property or invest in another.
And if you just wanna talk about the great dogs you've known, well that's fine too.
In fact, you can ALWAYS bring your dog to visit me at my office the next time you're walking around Asheville.
Have a great week!
